EIA Approval for The Surf Condo Pattaya On the evening of 15th August The Blue Star Company held their EIA approval party for their new project name The Surf Condo Pattaya.

Guests, included Pattaya Deputy Mayor Ronnakit Ekasing who attended the official opening of the Company sales office located on Soi 54 off Sukhumvit Road.

The Surf Condo Pattaya is an 8-storey development on Sukhumvit 54. Pre-launch prices start at only 980.000 Baht and furniture is included. There is a total of 135 units. It ‘s location is convenient as it’s near Tesco Lotus shopping complex and that certainly adds value to the development.

The evening was a great party night with singers, dancing shows and unlimited food and drink for 100′s of guests. Choice group asia were in attendance and wished all the Surf team great success in this exciting project.
